Two Minutes Before Everyone Else
A five-day reset. Just two minutes a day.
To help you feel calmer, clearer and more steady, so you can start the day with a bit more patience and a bit more space in your head, and whatever life is throwing at you right now doesn’t follow you into every conversation, every decision and every part of your day.

FREE FIVE DAY RESET
I'M TALKING TO YOU NOW
The woman who’s already stressed and anxious before she’s even got out of bed.
Your head’s full of lists, conversations and things that need doing.
Your body’s tense from carrying it all.
You’re snapping at the people you love and you don’t feel like you.
Maybe life has changed recently.
You’ve moved. Come home. A relationship has changed or ended. You’ve lost someone. Become a mum. Changed direction in your career. Or you’re living through a chapter you didn’t expect to be in.
Whatever brought you here, the stress doesn’t politely stay in one part of your life.
It follows you into breakfast. The school run. Work. Your relationship.
The decisions you need to make.
Even the conversations you don’t want to have.
There’s a reason this is showing up now.
GIVE ME TWO MINUTES
That’s it. Not an hour.
Not another course you’re going to fall behind on.
Not a list of ten things you should be doing before 7am.
Yes, even if you have to do it on the toilet, you can find two minutes.
Over five mornings, I’m going to give you something you can use there and then to help take some of the edge off the stress and anxiety, make a bit more room in your head and help you feel steadier before you carry on with your day.
You won’t finish the video with another thing to think about.
You’ll do something with me while you’re there.
That matters.
WHATS INSIDE
What happens over the five days?
1
Before the day starts running you
We start with the stress you’re already carrying before your feet have even hit the floor.
You’ll do something with me to help take the edge off and create a little more space before everybody else starts needing you.
2
What are you carrying before breakfast?
Sometimes it isn’t one huge thing making you overwhelmed. It’s twenty little things sitting in your head at the same time.
We’ll look at what you’re carrying, what actually needs your attention today and what doesn’t all have to come with you.
3
Life changed. Of course you feel it.
A move. Coming home. Loss. Relationship change. Motherhood. Career change.
Life changes on the outside, but there’s usually a lot more going on underneath than anybody can see.
This is where we start getting underneath why the change might have left you feeling anxious, unsettled or nothing like yourself.
4
Don’t let the stress speak for you
Stress doesn’t stay neatly inside your head, it comes out when somebody asks one more question. When your partner says the wrong thing. When the children need you and you’ve got nothing left. When a decision that should be simple suddenly feels enormous.
We’ll look at how to catch that earlier, before the stress ends up speaking for you.
5
Put yourself back in the day
You’ve spent four days making a little more room, now I want you to notice something else.
Where are you in all of this? Not the mum. Not the partner. Not the person sorting everything out. You.
This is where we bring the week together and look at what it means to keep yourself in the picture while life is changing around you.
WHAT I WANT YOU TO GET FROM IT
What I want you to notice by Friday
I’m not promising you’ll wake up on Friday with a completely different life. Your move might still be happening, the difficult conversation may still need to be had, the children will definitely still need feeding, and work will still be there.
What I want to change is how you’re meeting all of it.
I want you to feel a bit less braced and a bit less ready to snap, with more space in your head and more patience for the people you love.
I want decisions to feel a little easier because anxiety isn’t taking over quite so quickly.
Most of all, I want you to start the day feeling more like yourself again.
That’s a very different place to begin from.
You can reply to me too.
If something comes up during the five days, reply to the email.
Tell me what you noticed. Ask me the question.
Tell me if something landed a little harder than you expected.
It comes straight to me and I do read it.
You’re not just being sent five videos by an automated email sequence and left to get on with it.
WHAT WOMEN SAY
"When I first found Loretta I was in bits. My partner had cheated and I was stuck in my head, exhausting myself with it. She gave me the courage to make the changes I was terrified of. Now I am focusing on me again. My kids, my hobbies, my life. She did not just help me get through it. She helped me find myself again."

I'm Loretta
I'm a life transitions coach for women, offering specialist life coaching for women going through major life changes.
With twenty years of lived experience navigating relocation, repatriation, loss and plenty of major life change myself, I know this isn’t always about fixing the practical problem. Quite often it’s about what the change has brought up in the woman going through it.
My work combines transformational life coaching, trauma-informed coaching and therapeutic methodologies depending on what you need.
For these five days, though, all I’m asking you for is two minutes.
