WHY INSIGHT ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH

You are not stuck because you lack self-awareness.

My work draws on transformational coaching, event havening, and trauma-informed tools; working directly with the emotional imprints held in the nervous system, so shifts land in the body, not just the mind.

Working at the level of thought alone cannot resolve what was imprinted at the level of felt experience. That is why understanding your patterns has not made them stop.

WEEKS ONE & TWO

The Breakthrough and Resolution

3 SESSIONS - 1 X 60 MINUTES AND 2X 90 MINUTES

This is where the shift begins

​We start with the Breakthrough. In this first 60-minute session we identify the core survival patterns shaping your relationships now. We look at emotional triggers, relational dynamics, and the early experiences that shaped them so you can see clearly what has been driving your reactions.

This is not an intake call. This is where the work starts.

The two 90-minute Resolution sessions follow across the same two weeks. Using transformational coaching and event havening, we work at nervous system level to settle the emotional charge connected to those patterns.

In practice this means you learn how to:

  • Stay present in conflict without shutting down or over-explaining

  • Set boundaries without collapsing into guilt afterwards

  • Feel anger without turning it inward

  • Tolerate someone else's disappointment without moving to fix it

  • Stop over-explaining your needs as though they require a defence

 

Not as concepts. In practice. In your body.

WEEKS THREE & FOUR

The Integration

2 SESSIONS - 2 X 60 MINUTES ONE PER WEEK

Making sure the shifts hold

This is where we make sure the work lands in real life.

Insight is not enough on its own. These two sessions are where we consolidate what has changed, look honestly at what is still settling, and work through anything that has come up since the deeper work began.

Real change surfaces things. These sessions are there to make sure you are not navigating that alone and that what shifted in weeks one and two continues to hold under the pressure of ordinary life.

You leave steady. Not hyped. Not dependent. Steady.

Throughout all four weeks you have voice note support between sessions. You are not working through this alone.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

This is not about becoming a different person. It is about resolving what no longer fits so the person you already are can operate from choice rather than survival.

You stop managing the emotional temperature of every room. Other people's moods are theirs to manage.

You speak more directly and you do not spiral afterwards wondering if you said too much or upset someone.

You notice guilt without obeying it. It stops being a reliable way for other people to move you.

You can let someone be disappointed without abandoning yourself to smooth it over.

You make decisions from clarity rather than fear. You know the difference.
