WEEKS ONE & TWO
3 sessions · 1 x 60 min & 2 x 90 min
The
Breakthrough
and Resolution
This is where the shift begins
​We start with the Breakthrough. In this first 60-minute session we identify the core survival patterns shaping your relationships now. We look at emotional triggers, relational dynamics, and the early experiences that shaped them so you can see clearly what has been driving your reactions.

This is not an intake call. This is where the work starts.
​
The two 90-minute Resolution sessions follow across the same two weeks. Using transformational coaching and event havening, we work at nervous system level to settle the emotional charge connected to those patterns.

In practice this means you learn how to:

Tolerate someone else's disappointment without moving to fix it

WEEK THREE

The
Settling in
period
Making sure the shifts hold
This is where we make sure the work lands in real life.
Insight is not enough on its own. This session is where we consolidate what has changed, look at what is still settling, and work through anything that has come up since the deeper work began.
Real change surfaces things. This session makes sure you are not navigating that alone, and that what shifted in weeks one and two continues to hold under the pressure of ordinary life.
You leave steady. Not hyped. Not dependent. Steady.
Throughout all four weeks you have voice note support between sessions. You are not working through this alone.
