From Coping to Choosing

You are not falling apart.
You are just very tired of
holding everything together

and calling it fine.

Five short videos, one delivered each morning from 24 to 28 August. No homework. No performance. Just honest thinking about the patterns that run capable women and what it actually takes to shift them at root level rather than just manage them better.

VIDEO STARTS 24TH AUGUST         FREE TO JOIN

WHO THIS IS FOR

The woman who is done

with carrying on as she is.

Not in crisis. Not dramatic. Just done. Exhausted in a way that sleep does not fix, making decisions from fear or everyone else's needs, and having been last on her own list for so long she has genuinely stopped knowing what first would even feel like.

THE WOMAN WHO MOVED

She packed up her life and got on with it

The relocation, the expat posting, the military move, the trailing spouse role she stepped into without quite deciding to. She has introduced herself as someone new eleven times. She still does not feel settled and she cannot work out why.

THE WOMAN WHO CAME HOME

She repatriated and expected relief

Instead she found that home no longer quite fits the person who came back. The woman she became abroad does not slot into the life everyone else remembers. She is caught between two versions of herself and neither one feels right.

THE WOMAN WHO HOLDS IT TOGETHER

She manages everything for everyone else

Capable, competent, and quietly running on empty. She has been the one who holds it together for so long that she has genuinely stopped knowing what she would choose if the choice were only hers.

THE WOMAN WHO IS DONE

She has understood the pattern for years

She knows where it came from. The insight is not the problem. The insight has never been enough to actually shift it. She is ready to stop working on this in her head and start somewhere it can actually move.

The event is different for every woman. The feeling underneath is always the same.

Nothing about you is broken. You are adapted. You have spent years being capable for other people in ways that cost you something you have not yet been able to name. This series is five days of naming it properly, and one door at the end if you want to walk through it.

WHATS INSIDE

Five videos.

Five real shifts.

Each one lands in your inbox at 7am. Each one is under fifteen minutes. Each one gives you something you can actually use that day.

01

Mon 24 Aug

The one nobody's saying out loud

You're not broken. You've just been coping for so long it has become who you think you are.

The specific version of your day named so precisely you feel less alone in it before the video is two minutes in. Not a concept. Not a framework. Just the moment you realise someone actually gets what you have been carrying.

02

Tues 25 Aug

What the exhaustion is actually protecting you from

What the exhaustion is actually protecting you from

We move from naming the feeling to naming what is underneath it. Why being capable became the whole problem. Why understanding it in your head has never been enough to shift it. You will leave this video with one specific thing you can reach for the next time the pattern shows up.

03

Weds 26 Aug

The specific weight of moving, again

The relocation, repatriation, trailing spouse and military spouse, named directly.

For the woman who has introduced herself as someone new eleven times. The one who facilitated someone else's move and quietly left herself behind in the process. The one who thought coming home would feel like relief. This is the day your specific experience gets named directly, without softening it.

04

Thurs 27 Aug

What actually changes

The after, vivid and specific. Not inspirational. Real.

Not inspiration. Not a list of benefits. A specific Tuesday morning on the other side of the work. What it actually feels like when a decision comes from clarity rather than fear. When guilt shows up and you notice it without obeying it. When your body is less braced and you can feel the difference before your brain has caught up.

05

Fri 28 Aug

The door that's actually open

The only video in the series that asks something of you.

The last video. This is the only one that asks something of you. It opens The Steady Place, a private community and group coaching experience for women who have done four days of this and want to keep going. Everything you need to decide is in the video.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Not in theory.

In the actual fabric of a Tuesday morning.

Not vague. Not inspirational. The specific, felt difference between the before and the after, in the moments that actually matter.

RIGHT NOW

She wakes up already carrying it. Moves through her day managing other people's needs before she has checked in with her own. Reads the room before she has taken her coat off. Makes decisions from fear or everyone else's expectations without deciding to.

Exhausted in a way that sleep does not fix. Last on her own list for so long she has stopped knowing what first would even feel like. Understanding the pattern perfectly. The pattern running anyway.

AFTER THE WORK

She sits with a decision that used to take three days of anxious circling. She knows the answer. Not because the situation got easier, but because she is not making it from fear anymore. She is making it from somewhere steadier and she can feel the difference in her body before her brain has caught up.

She says something honest and does not spend three days managing how it landed. Guilt shows up, as it always has. She notices it. She names it. She does not obey it. Her body, which has been running on quiet alert for years, starts to ease. She is not a new version of herself. She is the real one that got buried.

Not fixing something broken. Uncovering something that was always there.

WHAT OPENS ON DAY FIVE

The Steady Place

Because everyone else has been the priority for long enough.

A six-month group coaching experience and private community for women who are done with being last on their own list. Not a course with homework to fall behind on. Not a place to perform wellness. A place to keep going, stay connected to what has shifted, and be around women who understand exactly what this feels like without you having to explain a single thing.

The door opens with video five on 28 August. You do not need to decide anything before then.

Monthly live sessions with Loretta

On the patterns that keep capable women stuck. Real, specific, and nothing like the group content you have probably sat through before.

The Vault

Fourteen assets built from Loretta's core tools. The Worry Parking Lot, the Guilt Reset Script, the 10% Braver Challenge, Anchor Points, and more. Each one a short teaching recording and a one-page PDF.

A private community

Women who are in it with you and genuinely get it because they are living it too. The room where you do not have to explain yourself before someone understands.

Six months of sustained support

Because change at root level takes longer than a weekend. The ongoing support the woman who holds everything together for everyone else has never let herself have.

Group goes live Monday 7 September

Founding member price closes midnight 6 September. After that the price moves to £397 and the doors stay open permanently.

What women say....

"When I first found Loretta I was in bits. My partner had cheated and I was stuck in my head, exhausting myself with it. She gave me the courage to make the changes I was terrified of. Now I am focusing on me again. My kids, my hobbies, my life. She did not just help me get through it. She helped me find myself again."

R.F

"She helped me get things in order, reminded me of my own capabilities, and taught me how to be resilient. She helped me learn to enjoy the busy life that had become overwhelming."

V.B

"I moved abroad thinking the hard part was the logistics. The hard part was not knowing where I fit in and who I was in the new place. Loretta helped me find my footing and how feel like myself again. Not the old version. Something steadier."

I have been where you are.
That's not something I say lightly.

I know what it feels like to hold everyone else together while something in you quietly contracts. I navigated relocation, repatriation, significant loss, and years of carrying more than I ever named out loud, all while running on the same compliance and over-functioning patterns I now help other women shift.

When I finally got the right support and the right tools, something shifted at a level that actually lasted. The work I do now is rooted in that, not just in my training.

These five videos are a real starting point. By the end of day four you will have something genuinely useful regardless of what you decide on day five.
